During their search for additional premises Sitel were offered tailored 1-1 support, which covered a range of services from site searches, site viewings, grant support and 1-1 meeting with colleagues and developers. There was an immense amount of work around organising and arranging recruitment fairs, advertising and promoting and various training and recruitment sessions. Addition to this the Employer hub advertised their vacancies and provided essential interviewing space. As a result in 2016 Sitel were able to secure their headquarters at Earlsdon Park in Coventry and recruit over 402 employees.
